CAS was born out of dissatisfaction with traditional career coaching/outplacement methodology and results. They simply were not meeting the challenges of today’s complex job markets. Responding to the needs of today’s markets gave birth to our company and a powerful guiding philosophy.

As founder of Career Advancement Systems (CAS), Henry Lesher has pioneered a revolutionary new

Prior to the creation of CAS, Henry served as Executive
Vice President for the nation’s oldest and largest career
management coaching firms.

Mr. Lesher’s counseling and coaching career began in the late 1970’s, embracing 25 years of top management experience building client careers.
